Our Yin Yoga classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We focus on a holistic approach that blends physical postures, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques. Each session is carefully crafted to help you deepen your practice while promoting relaxation and stress relief. Led by Lyndsey, your instructor, you'll be guided through each step, connecting more deeply with your body and mind in a supportive community environment. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing The Peace Yogi. I am so happy to have you as part of our yoga community. Please take a moment to read our booking policy: For all bookings, please get in touch on 07891004326 where I will book you in personally. Block Booking & Payment: I offer our classes in 6-week blocks to ensure consistency and growth in your practice. To reserve your spot, I ask for full payment of £45 upfront for each block. Block bookings are given priority, so I recommend booking early to secure your place! Attending Classes & Missed Sessions: If you can’t make it to a class, please note that I am not able to offer make-up classes, refunds, or credits. Unfortunately, any missed sessions will be considered a "lost week" in your block. Cancellation Policy: I don’t offer cancellations or refunds once a block is booked, so please make sure you’re available to attend all classes during the 6 weeks. I understand life can be unpredictable, but I kindly ask that you plan ahead so you can fully enjoy your sessions. Drop-in Classes: Once all block bookings are filled, any remaining spots will be made available for drop-in classes. These drop-in spots are first-come, first-served, and full payment is required upfront to secure your place. Drop-in availability may vary, so it’s always a good idea to check ahead! Class Availability: Classes are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to book early to guarantee your spot!
